Communal Door – Security Lock Upgrade

We have been working on a project of replacement locks over the last two years for the communal entrance doors.  So far 13 of the apartment blocks have already received communal door lock upgrades.  Due to an increase in communal locks failing this year we have agreed to replace the locks of the remaining 10 blocks this year.

If you live in one of the following apartment blocks you will shortly receive a letter notifying you of the dates this work will take place.  New security keys will be issued in advance of the works taking place so access should not be affected and you should not be inconvenienced in anyway.  For those properties that are owner/occupied you will receive three keys which will be hand delivered to you, for those that are rented two keys which will be hand delivered to the occupier of the property and the third key will be posted recorded delivery to the owner at the correspondence address we have on file.
